​Indonesian Financial Services Authority through Decision of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP-26/D.05/2024 dated March 26, 2024, regarding the Dissolution of Jasa Tirta II Pension Fund, hereby dissolves the Jasa Tirta II Pension Fund, located at Jl. Ir. H. Juanda Km. 2 Jatiluhur Purwakarta 41152, effective from January 31, 2024.

The dissolution of the Jasa Tirta II Pension Fund is carried out upon the request of the Founder of Jasa Tirta II Pension Fund, namely the Management of Perum Jasa Tirta II, with the reason that Perum Jasa Tirta II as the Founder of Jasa Tirta II Pension Fund decided to disband the Pension Fund. 

The aforementioned Decision of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP 26/D.05/2024 dated March 26, 2024, also establishes the Liquidation Team of Jasa Tirta II Pension Fund as follows:

3. Euis Rina Rismayanti, SE (Team Member​);

4. Heri Hermawan, SE (Team Member​);

5. Bimo Tri Putranto (Team Member​);

The Liquidation Team is responsible for carrying out the liquidation process in accordance with the provisions of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority Regulation Number: 9/POJK.05/2014 regarding the Dissolution and Liquidation of Pension Funds.

Furthermore, the participants of the Jasa Tirta Pension Fund must remain calm as their funds will be transferred to the Financial Institutions Pension Fund in accordance with applicable regulations.​
