Membersof the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK)
have granted pawnshop company business license enforcement concerning the change
of name of PT Biru Gadai Indo to PT Bijak Gadai Indo KEP-116/PL.02/2024 on March 29, 2024 is effective since the decision of Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Service Authority is made.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Bijak Gadai Indo is
required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing sound business
practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
