Financial Services Authority (OJK) has granted Business License for Finance Company PT Fazz Capital Finance KEP-8/D.06/2024 on February 22, 2024. The granting of the business license is effective since the date of the business license is issued by the Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 47/POJK.05/2020 (“POJK 47/2020”) concerning business and institutional licensing of finance companies and sharia finance companies, PT Fazz Capital Finance is required to operate its business activities no later than 3 (three) month since the date of the business license is issued.
