The Financial Services Authority (OJK) organizational structure is comprised of:
  1. Board of Commissioners
  2. Directors of Operations
Composition of the Board of Commissioners (BoC) consists of:
  1. Chairman, concurrently member;
  2. Vice Chairman functioning as the Head of Ethics Committee, concurrently as member;
  3. Chief Executive functioning as Banking Supervisor, concurrently as member;
  4. Chief Executive functioning as Capital Market Supervisor, concurrently as member;
  5. Chief Executive functioning as Insurance, Pension Fund, Financing Institutions, and Other Financial Services Institutions Supervisor, concurrently as member;
  6. Head of Board of Auditors, concurrently as member;
  7. Commissioner in charge of Consumer Education and Protection division;
  8. Ex-officio member from Bank Indonesia, who is concurrently a member of the Board of Governors of Bank Indonesia; and
  9. Ex-officio member from the Ministry of Finance, who is an Echelon I level official at the Ministry of Finance.
The Directors of Operations are:
  1. Chairman of Board of Commissioners, in charge of Strategic Management I division;
  2. Vice Chairman of Board of Commissioners, in charge of Strategic Management II division;
  3. Chief Executive of Banking Supervision, in charge of Banking Sector Supervision division;
  4. Chief Executive of Capital Market Supervision, in charge of Capital Market Sector Supervision division;
  5. Chief Executive of Insurance, Pension Fund, Financing Institutions, and other Financial Services Institutions, in charge of Supervision over Non-Bank Financial Industries division;
  6. Head of Board of Auditors, in charge of Internal Audit and Risk Management division; and
  7. Member of Board of Commissioners overseeing Consumer Education and Protection, in charge of Consumer Education and Protection division.
