The Sharia Business Unit of PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia is domiciled at Sampoerna Strategic Square Building, South Tower, Floors 3–17, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 45–46, South Jakarta 12930.
The revocation of the license for the establishment of the Sharia Business Unit of PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia constitutes a follow-up to the Sharia Business Unit Spin-Off Work Plan, through the transfer of the management of the Sharia Business Unit to PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia Syariah.
Following the revocation of the license for the establishment of the Sharia Business Unit of PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia, PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia is prohibited from carrying out life insurance business activities based on Sharia principles. This revocation does not affect PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia and it shall continue to conduct its conventional business activities without interruption.
