The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority hereby announces the enactment of insurance adjuster business license in respect of the change of name from PT Bahtera Arung Persada to PT Bahtera Adjuster Persada through KEP-81/PD.02/2026 on February 26th, 2026.

This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK. Following the enactment of its business license, PT Bahtera Adjuster Persada is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with prevailing laws, regulations and to continously comply with supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
