The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby announces the enactment of the insurance broker business license in respect of the change of the name from PT Barron Pandu Abadi to PT Barron Insurance Brokers through KEP-84/PD.02/2026 on February 27th, 2026.

This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK. Following the enactment of its business license, PT Barron Insurance Brokers is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with the prevailing laws, regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
