Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby grants the decision regarding the validity of insurance broker business license of PT Perisai Bhakti Rahardjo following the change of name to PT Perisai Pialang Asuransi through KEP-714/PD.02/2025 on December 29th, 2025. This change shall take effect as the date of the decision is enacted.

With the approval of the company’s business license, PT Perisai Pialang Asuransi is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and comply with the laws and supervisory requirement set forth by OJK.
