The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has granted Business License for Pawnshop Company PT Milion Bostom Gadai through KEP-109/KO.15/2025 on October 2nd, 2025.
The granting of the business license is effective since the date of the business license is issued by the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 48 of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 39 of 2024 concerning Pawn, PT Milion Bostom Gadai is required to include clear description/information at each office or outlet as follows:
Name and/or logo of the company.
Business license number and date as well as a statement that the company is under OJK supervision.
Operational days and hours.
Loan interest rates and administrative costs.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 12 paragraph (1) of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 39 of 2024 concerning Pawn, PT Milion Bostom Gadai is also required to operate its business activities no later than 30 (thirty) business days since the date of the business license is issued.
