We hereby announce that the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has revoked Business License of a Provider of Depository Facility for Digital Financial Assets including Crypto Assets as regulated under Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 27 of 2024 concerning the Provision of Trading of Digital Financial Assets Including Crypto Assets, as amended by Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 23 of 2025 concerning the Amendment to Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 27 of 2024, as follows:

The revocation of PT Tennet Depository’s business license as Provider of Depository Facility for Digital Financial Assets including Crypto Assets becomes effective since the date of revocation is issued by Member of the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority.
Effective from the date of revocation of its business license, PT Tennet Depository Indonesia is prohibited from conducting business activities as a Provider of Depository Facility for Digital Financial Assets Including Crypto Assets, as regulated under Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 27 of 2024 concerning the Provision of Trading of Digital Financial Assets Including Crypto Assets, as amended by Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 23 of 2025 concerning the Amendment to Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 27 of 2024.
With the revocation of business license as referred to above, PT Tennet Depository Indonesia shall settle its obligations as a Provider of Depository Facility for Digital Financial Assets Including Crypto Assets, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
