The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority hereby announces the enactment of the insurance broker business license in respect of the change of the name from PT Andika Mitra Sejati to PT Andika Mitra Sejati Insurance Broker through KEP-109/PD.02/2026 on March 10th, 2026.

This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.

Following the enactment of its business license, PT Andika Mitra Sejati Insurance Broker is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with the prevailing laws, regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
