​The Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) has granted Business License for Finance Company PT Liugong Finance Indonesia through KEP-42/D.06/2025 on July 21st, 2025.

The Finance Company is located at The Kensington Office Tower Lantai 12, Jalan Boulevard Raya Nomor 1, Kelapa Gading Timur, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara, DKI Jakarta. The granting of the business license is effective since the date of the business license is issued by Member of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesian Financial Services Authority.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 section 1 of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 46 of 2024 (“POJK 46/2024”) concerning Development and Strengthening of Finance Companies, Infrastructure Finance Companies, and Venture Capital Companies, PT Liugong Finance Indonesia is required to operate its business activities no later than 3 (three) months since the date of the business license is issued.
