Pursuant to Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) Announcement Number. PENG 14/PM.1/2023 dated 19 December 2023 regarding Administrative Sanctions Against PT Corfina Capital, OJK hereby imposes administrative sanctions and/or written order upon PT Corfina Capital as follows:
OJK imposes PT Corfina Capital penalty Rp1.050.000.000,00 billion of (one and fifty million rupiah); and
Written Order to settle the dissolution of the Reksa Dana Corfina Grow 2 Prosper Rotasi Strategis, the Reksa Dana Syariah Corfina Equity Syariah, and the Reksa Dana Syariah Corfina Investa Saham Syariah in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.”
Based on OJK’s monitoring, PT Corfina Capital has fulfilled its obligations regarding the administrative sanction in the form of a penalty in the amount of Rp1.050.000.000,00 (one billion fifty million Rupiah) and fulfilled the written order to settle the dissolution of the Reksa Dana Corfina Grow 2
Prosper Rotasi Strategis, the
Reksa Dana Syariah Corfina Equity Syariah, and the
Reksa Dana Syariah Corfina
