​The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby announces the enactment of the insurance broker business license in respect of the change of name from PT Marsh Indonesia to PT Marsh Insurance Brokers Indonesia through KEP-86/PD.02/2026 on March 2nd, 2026. This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK. 

Following the enactment of its business license, PT Marsh Insurance Brokers Indonesia is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with the prevailing laws, regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
