Through the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesian Financial Services Authority KEP-1/D.05/2026 on January 5th, 2026 hereby dissolves PELNI Pension Fund, located at Komp. Perkantoran Jalan Bungur Besar Raya No. 40i, Central Jakarta, 10610, effective as of September 30, 2025.
The dissolution of the PELNI Pension Fund has been carried out upon the request of the Founder of PELNI Pension Fund.
The aforementioned Decree of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesian Financial Services Authority have also established the Liquidator for this pension fund as follows:
