Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby grants the enforcement of the adjusters business license enforcement pertaining the name change of PT Japenansi Nusantara to PT Japenansi Nusantara Adjusters through KEP-632/PD.02/2025 on November 27th, 2025. This change shall take effect as of the decision of the OJK.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Japenansi Nusantara Adjusters is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and to continously comply with the prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
