Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby grants the enforcement of the reinsurance broker business license enforcement pertaining the name change of PT Freed Dinamika Indonesia to PT Freed Indonesia Pialang Reasuransi Dan Konsultan through KEP-626/PD.02/2025 on November 25th, 2025. This change shall take effect as of the decision of the OJK.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Freed Indonesia Pialang Reasuransi Dan Konsultan is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicapble regulations and to continuously comply with the prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
