ORGANIZATIONAL STRENGTHENING, OJK INAUGURATES NEW OFFICIALS
Jakarta, 5 August 2026. Vice Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) Hernawan Bekti Sasongko inaugurated and took the oath of office of Deputy Commissioner and Head of Department-level officials in Jakarta, Monday (3/8), as a part of organizational strengthening measures through leadership continuity, organizational rejuvenation, and OJK employees' career and talent development.
Hernawan in his remarks underlined OJK's responsiveness to fulfil stakeholders' demands and adaptiveness in facing the current and future developments of the economy and financial services sector dynamics.
“An organization must remain responsive in fulfilling stakeholders' expectations, particularly in implementing the P2SK Law, while continuously adapting to the evolving dynamics of the economy and the financial services sector," Hernawan said.
According to Hernawan, the inauguration is expected to open a momentum for all OJK employees to keep adapting, improving competency, optimizing performance to contribute more and carry out the nation and the people's mandate.
He added that leadership succession is essential in maintaining organizational continuity for optimal contribution to the stakeholders as well as support to the national economic growth and financial system stability.
He also urged the newly inaugurated officials to carry out their duties and responsibilities with accountability, integrity, professionalism, and a strong spirit of dedication.
The newly inaugurated officials are:
- Rizal Ramadhani as Deputy Commissioner of Law and Investigation.
- Ahmad Rifqi as Head of Department of Management and Development of Regional Financial Services Authority.
By strengthening the organization, OJK continuously commits to enhancing institutional capacity in carrying out regulatory, supervisory, and consumer protection functions in the financial services sector, as well as maintaining inclusive, sustainable, and competitive national economic growth.
