The Head of the Department of Licensing, Special Examinations, and Supervisory Quality Control for Non-Bank Financial Institutions have granted microfinance institutions business license enforcement concerning the change of name of PT LKM Artha Kertaraharja to PT LKM Artha Kerta Raharja (Perseroda) through KEP-69/PL.02/2026, effective since 2nd April 2026.

With the approval of the company's business license, PT LKM Artha Kerta Raharja (Perseroda) is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
