​The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority hereby announces the issuance of a business license for Sharia Life Insurance to PT AIA Syariah Insurance through KEP-87/D.05/2026 on September, 25th, 2026, having its registered address at Gedung AIA Central, Lt.12, Jalan Jend. Sudirman Kav. 48A, Kel. Karet Semanggi, Kec. Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan, Provinsi DKI Jakarta 12930.

This business license shall take effect on the date of the decree.

In conducting its business activities, PT AIA Syariah Insurance is required to apply sound business practices and to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations.
