​The Head of the Department of Licensing, Special Examination and Quality Control of Supervision of Financing Institutions, Venture Capital Companies, Microfinance Institutions and Other Financial Services Institutions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has granted the effectiveness of the financing company business licence in connection with the change of name of PT BOT Finance Indonesia to PT MUFG Finance and Leasing Indonesia through KEP-201/PL.02/2026 on September 28th, 2026.

The financing company business licence shall become effective as of the date on which the Letter of the Head of the Department of Licensing, Special Examination and Quality Control of Supervision of Financing Institutions, Venture Capital Companies, Microfinance Institutions and Other Financial Services Institutions is stipulated.

Following the effectiveness of the Company’s business licence, PT MUFG Finance and Leasing Indonesia is required to conduct its business activities in accordance with sound business practices and to continuously comply with the prevailing laws and regulations.

The registered head office of PT MUFG Finance and Leasing Indonesia is located at Wisma Bumiputera, 11th–12th Floors, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 75, Jakarta 10210.
