​​OJK through the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority number KEP-20/KO.14/2024 dated February 12th, 2024, has revoked the business license of Koperasi Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah Anggrek (Koperasi LKMS Anggrek), whi​ch is located at Jl. Riau No.12, Kota Mojokerto.

In regards to this matter, Koperasi LKMS Anggr​ek must adhere to following procedures: 

1. Koperasi LKMS Anggrek must be closed for the public and prohibited to conduct any business activities as Microfinance Institution.

2. The management of Koperasi LKMS Anggrek is needed to hold member meeting to dissolve their legal entity and to establish Liquidation Team.

3. The settlement of Koperasi LKMS Anggrek’s rights and obligations will be conducted by Liquidation Team in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

4. The management of Koperasi LKMS Anggrek is prohibited to use “microfinance institution” phrase.
