The Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK) hereby grants the enactment of insurance broker business license in respect of the change of name from PT Mitra Jasa Pratama to PT Mitra Jasa Pratama Insurance Broker through KEP-682/PD.02/2025 on December 17th, 2025. This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Mitra Jasa Pratama Insurance Broker is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and to continously comply with the prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
