The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority hereby
announces the enactment of the insurance broker business license in respect of the
change of name from PT Sukses Utama Sejahtera to PT Sukses Utama Sejahtera
Insurance Broker through KEP-273/PD.02/2026 on June 8th, 2026.
This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.
Following the enactment of its business license, PT Sukses Utama Sejahtera Insurance
Broker is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with prevailing laws,
regulations and to continously comply with supervisory requirement set forth by the
OJK.
