Pursuant to the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority through KEP-53/D.05/2026 on July 13t​h, 2026 hereby dissolves Dana Pensiun Bank CIMB Niaga, located at CIMB Niaga Building, 2nd Floor, Jl. RS Fatmawati No. 20, Jakarta Selatan, 12420 effective as of 30 April 2026.

The dissolution of Dana Pensiun Bank CIMB Niaga has been carried out upon the request of the Founder of CIMB Niaga Bank Pension Fund.

The aforementioned Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority has also appointed the Liquidator for this pension fund, as follows:

1. Ferdinand Renaldi Wawolumaya (Team Leader);
   

2. Ilvia R. M. Aritonang (Team Member);
   

3. Michael Mangasa Halomoan Hutabarat (Team Member);
   

4. Nency W. Abdullah (Team Member); and
   

5. Roni Nofriyanto (Team Member).

The liquidator shall be responsible for carrying out the liquidation process in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations regarding the dissolution and liquidation of pension funds.
