Indonesia Financial Services Authority through Decision of Member of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP-10/D.05/2025 date January 17, 2025, regarding the Dissolution of Kresna Financial Institution Pension Fund, hereby dissolves the Kresna Financial Institution Pension Fund, located at The Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, Tower I Lt. 30 Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta Selatan DKI Jakarta 12190, effective from June 23, 2023.
The dissolution of the Kresna Financial Institution Pension Fund is carried out upon the request of the Liquidation Team of PT Asuransi Jiwa Kresna (In Liqudation Process).
The aforementioned Decision of Member of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP 10/D.05/2025 date January 17, 2025, also establishes the Liquidation Team to act as of Kresna Financial Institution Pension Fund as follows:

Saut Mardohar Sinaga (Team Member).

The Liquidation Team is responsible for carrying out the liquidation process in accordance with the regulation regarding the dissolution and liquidation of pension funds.
