​The Head of the Department of Licensing, Special Inspections and Quality Control of Supervision of Financing Institutions, Venture Capital Companies, Microfinance Institutions, and Other Financial Services Institutions has approved the use of the pawnbroking business license in connection with the change of the company's name from PT Gadai Sakti Jakarta to PT Gadai Sakti Indonesia through KEP-183/PL.02/2026 on August 27th, 2026. This approval takes effect as of the date of the above-mentioned Decree.

Following this approval, PT Gadai Sakti Indonesia shall conduct its business activities by consistently applying sound business practices and complying with the prevailing laws and regulations.
