KMK 54/2023 regulates the configuration and performance management information on the impact of delayering structural positions into functional positions, and is also an amendment to Government Regulations that regulates employee discipline (nomenclature changes and other changes), that grading meetings are among them in order to ensure employees are transferred or returning from assignments at other institutions / who have just returned from study assignments requiring reassignment.

This change in the provisions regarding this mechanism was motivated by the simplification of infrastructure in the Ministry of Finance, both in the structural and implementation ranks. In addition, to provide flexibility in dynamics and also open access to speed in responding when changing positions.
Supporting this statement, the Head of the HR Department of DJKN Rustanto is of the view that in order to achieve more optimal conditions, changes regarding rewards and recognition are something that needs to be undertaken "There is no growth in comfort zone, there is no comfort in growth zone," he concluded.
