OJK RESPECTS KPK'S LAW ENFORCEMENT PROCESS

Jakarta, December 20, 2024. Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) respects and supports the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)'s law enforcement efforts.

As a state institution, OJK is fully committed to the principles of good governance, transparency, and accountability in carrying out all its duties and authorities.

OJK will cooperate with and support KPK in carrying out the ongoing legal process.

OJK also ensures that all OJK services to the financial services sector and the public continue to run normally without any disruption.

OJK will continue to carry out its role in maintaining financial system stability and protecting consumers and the public.
