OJK REAFFIRMS ZERO AFFILIATION AND INVOLVEMENT IN
IPO SERVICES OFFERED BY PT INVESTINDO PUBLIC OPTIMA
Jakarta, July 5, 2025. Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) has never granted any operational approval to PT Investindo Public Optima, including using OJK's logo in their pamphlets and other publication materials regarding preparation, consultation, and other services offered to companies that wish to carry out their Initial Public Offering (IPO).
PT Investindo Public Optima's unlicensed uses of OJK logo in their pamphlets, ads, and other published media violates prevailing laws and regulations. Criminal sanctions may be imposed on these actions in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
Based on Law Number 4 of 2023 on the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector (P2SK Law) and Law Number 21 of 2011 on Indonesia Financial Services Authority, OJK has the authority to supervise activities, parties, and products in the capital market to maintain order, transparency, and consumer as well as public protection.
Therefore, OJK encourages the public, business actors, and issuer candidates to be careful of services offered by parties unlisted in or unlicensed by OJK. Access OJK's official site (www.ojk.go.id) to ensure whether the services providers used by your companies have been listed and licensed by OJK.
Report to OJK's official complain channels or to the law enforcement if you find suspicious information or offers. OJK will take firm legal measures to preserve capital market integrity and protect the community from frauds or scams.
OJK also emphasizes there is no additional fee for the licensing, approval, registration, validation, or review processes of corporate action plans outside the amount(s) stipulated in the Government Regulation Number 41 of 2024 on the Work Plan and Budget of Indonesia Financial Services Authority and Fees in the Financial Services Sector.
