The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority hereby
announces the enactment of the insurance broker business license in respect of the
change of name from PT Intercoastal Indonesia to PT Intercoastal Indonesia Insurance
Broker through KEP-505/PD.02/2026 on September 16th, 2026.
This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.
Following the enactment of its business license, PT Intercoastal Indonesia Insurance
Broker is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with prevailing laws,
regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by
the OJK.
