The Financial Services Authority, through Financial Services Authority Letter Number
S-2/D.07/2026 dated May 25th, 2026, has rejected the business license application of
PT Gerbang Aset Digital to operate as a Digital Financial Asset Trader. The rejection of
the business license application is effective as of the date the letter was issued.
Simultaneously with the rejection of the said business license application, the
registration of PT Gerbang Aset Digital as a Prospective Physical Crypto Asset Trader, as
granted by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, is hereby revoked and
no longer valid.
With the rejection of the business license application and the revocation of the
registration as a Prospective Physical Crypto Asset Trader, PT Gerbang Aset Digital is
prohibited from conducting business activities in the field of Digital Financial Assets,
including Crypto Assets, and is required to settle all rights and obligations in accordance
with the prevailing laws and regulations, include:
Providing clear information to consumers, the public, and other interested
parties regarding the mechanism for the settlement of rights and obligations;
and
Establishing an Information and Complaint Center for customers/the public
and appointing a person responsible for handling consumer complaints. In
