​Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) has granted Business License for Bourse of Digital Financial Assets including Crypto Assets PT Fortuna Integritas Mandiri (ICEx) through KEP-2/D.07/2026 on January, 5th 2026.

The granting of the business license is effective since the date of the business license issued by Members of The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority.

The granting of a business license to PT Fortuna Integritas Mandiri (ICEx) as the Bourse of Digital Financial Assets including Crypto Assets is based on Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 27 of 2024 concerning the Provision of Trading of Digital Financial Assets, including Crypto Assets, as amended by Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 23 of 2025 concerning the Amendment to Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 27 of 2024 on the Provision of Trading of Digital Financial Assets, including Crypto Assets.
