The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has granted Business License for Loss Adjuster Company PT Oneprime Adjuster Indonesia KEP-52/D.05/2023 on August​ 4, 2023. ​The granting of the business license is effective since the decision of the Board of Commissioners of OJK is made.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 8 Paragraph (1) of Law number 40 year 2014 concerning Insurance as amended by Law number 4 year 2023 concerning the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector, stipulates that every party that organizes an Insurance business must first obtain business license from OJK. 

With the granting of this business license, PT Oneprime Adjuster Indonesia is r​equired to carry out business activities by implementing sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
