​Indonesia Financial Services Authority​ through the decision of Members of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority have granted life insurance business license enforcement concerning the change of name of PT Asuransi Jiwa Sinarmas MSIG Tbk to PT MSIG Life Insurance Indonesia Tbk effective since the date of Members of the Board of Commissioners's decision is made.

With the approval of the business license enforcement, PT MSIG Life Insurance Indonesia Tbk is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
