Members of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK)
have granted financing companies business license Enforcement concerning the change
of name of PT Bhumindo Sentosa Abadi Finance to PT Nusantara Finance Cakrawala
effective since 9th November 2023.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Nusantara Finance
Cakrawala is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing
sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and
regulations.
