​Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) through Decision of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP-59/D.05/2023 dated August 28, 2023, regarding the Dissolution of BCA Life Financial Institutions Pension Fund, hereby dissolves the BCA Life Financial Institutions Pension Fund, located at Chase Plaza, fl. 22 Jalan Jend. Sudirman Kav. 21 Jakarta Selatan 12920, effective from June 30, 2023. ​

The dissolution of the BCA Life Financial Institutions Pension Fund is carried out upon the request of the Founder of BCA Life Financial Institutions Pension Fund, namely the Management of PT Asuransi Jiwa BCA, with the consideration that PT Asuransi Jiwa BCA will be more focus on business in the field of Life Insurance. 

The Decision of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP-59/D.05/2023 dated August 28, 2023, also establishes the Liquidation Team of BCA Life Financial Institutions Pension Fund as follows: 

1. Tony (Team Leader); and
   

2. Cindi (Team Member).

The Liquidation Team is responsible for carrying out the liquidation process in accordance with the provisions of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority Regulation Number: 9/POJK.05/2014 regarding the Dissolution and Liquidation of Pension Funds. 

Furthermore, OJK urge the participants of BCA Life Financial Institutions Pension Fund to remain calm as their funds will be transferred to the Financial Institutions Pension Fund in accordance with the applicable regulations.
