The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) have granted financing companies business license enforcement concerning the change of name of PT Saison Modern Finance to PT Credit Saison Indonesia Finance through the decision KEP-519/PL.02/2024 on December 11, 2024.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Credit Saison Indonesia Finance is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
