Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) advises Financial Services Business Actors (PUJK) to avoid using intermediary services when applying for license in OJK. The message was targeted to PUJK, particularly those in the financing institutions, venture capital companies, and micro financial institutions (LKM) or other financial services institutions.
PUJK may directly contact OJK if they are planning to apply for licensing or to see the status of the licensing process. OJK does not charge for any costs, fees, and levies. All levies are only charged by OJK in the financial services sector in accordance with the Government Regulation Number 11 of 2014 on OJK Levy.
