Blueprint of Human Resource Development in Financial Services Sector 2021-2025

In order to support a healthy, stable, and highly competitive financial industry, the Financial Services Authority launched the Blueprint for the Development of Human Resources for the Financial Services Sector 2021-2025. The presence of the blueprint serves as a guideline and reference for all stakeholders related to the development of human resources in the financial services sector for long term goals. This blueprint is a derivative of the Indonesian Financial Services Sector Master Plan (MPSJKI) 2021-2025 which was previously launched.

The vision of this blueprint is "To create human resources in the financial services sector who are professional, with integrity, and globally competitive in order to improve the performance of the financial services sector". This vision is supported by 4 (four) mission pillars which are further elaborated into 12 (twelve) achievement strategies. Furthermore, each achievement strategy is divided into 21 (twenty one) programs that will be implemented in the 2021-2025 period.
