​ Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby grants the enforcement of the insurance broker business license encorcement pertaining the name change of PT Cipta Integra Duta to PT IBS Benefits Insurance Brokers through KEP-583/PD.02/2025 on October 31st, 2025. This change shall take effect as of the decision of the OJK.​

With the approval of the company’s business license, PT IBS Benefits Insurance Brokers is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and to continuously comply with the prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
