Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has suspended business activities of PT Ludlow Capital since the company did not comply with provisions of Article 6 clause (2), Article 36 clause (1) and clause (2), and Article 43 clause (1) of Finance Minister Regulation Number 18/PMK.010/2012, and also Article 4 clause (1) letter a of Finance Minister Regulation Number 30/PMK.010/2010. With the suspension given to PT Ludlow Capital, the venture capital firm is therefore prohibited from carrying out business activities.
